1) First of all visit your CC shop and find out CC of this BIN :-

2) Now change your IP Address according to CC holder’s location.
3) Go to Skrill with same IP Address.
4) Make new account with CC owner’s name on Skrill.
5) Go to Banks & Cards section.
6) Now go to Add A Card.
7) Add new card which you bought from CC shop.
8) Enter all details of CC and add it.
9) Your card will be successfully added.
10) Now go to transaction page, there will be small amount like 1$ charged from your Credit card, If there isn’t, then try out another CC.
11) Now go to Add Fund and add fund as how much you want according to CC balance.
12) Done, Now send this funds to another account or Withdraw it instantly to avoid chargebacks.
